Is this safe after cancer treatment?

Yes! This program is designed specifically for cancer survivors, keeping in mind the challenges of treatment recovery, fatigue, and mobility issues. Every exercise is tailored to your current ability, and modifications are always available. I also encourage you to check with your doctor before starting any new exercise routine.

Do I need experience with exercise?

Not at all! Whether you’ve never worked out before or you were active before your diagnosis, this program meets you where you are. The focus is on gentle, progressive movement to rebuild your strength safely and effectively.

What if I have fatigue or pain?

I understand firsthand how cancer treatment affects the body. That’s why my approach prioritises low-impact movements, proper rest, and gradual progression. We work at your pace, making adjustments based on how you feel. If you’re having a tough day, that’s okay—every step forward, no matter how small, counts.

How long will it take to see results?

Everyone’s journey is unique, but many clients start feeling improvements in their energy and strength within a few weeks. The key is consistency and listening to your body. I’ll be there to guide and support you along the way.

Can I do this program if I have lymphedema, neuropathy, or other post-treatment side effects?

Yes! I take all post-treatment concerns into account when designing your fitness plan. Exercises can be adapted to accommodate lymphedema, neuropathy, joint pain, or other side effects. If needed, I can also work alongside your healthcare team to ensure a safe approach.

What kind of support do you provide?

You won’t be doing this alone! Whether through one-on-one coaching, virtual check-ins, or a supportive online community, you’ll have guidance, encouragement, and accountability every step of the way.

MY STORY

After surviving stage 4 melanoma in 2015 and facing mobility challenges myself, I know how daunting recovery can feel. Fitness played a huge role in reclaiming my strength and independence—now I help other survivors do the same.

I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Kettlebell Instructor & level 4 Exercise for Cancer Specialist.

I have been through a tough journey of treatment regimes and fully understand fatigue, anxiety and what cancer does to your confidence, self-esteem, and many other issues that arise once your on this roller coaster.

My journey and education will not only get you started to a stronger body but you will be ready for any eventuality in your future.
