As a cancer survivor myself, I know how frustrating it can be. I was diagnosed with terminal stage 4 melanoma in 2015. A brain tumor, organ spread—the odds weren’t in my favor. But through sheer determination and the power of fitness, I regained my strength, mobility, and confidence. Now, I help other survivors do the same.

Yes, with guidance. Exercise can reduce fatigue, improve mood, support recovery, and even help manage treatment side effects—but it needs to be adapted to your current physical and emotional state. That’s exactly what a cancer exercise specialist does—creates a safe, personalized plan that works with your body, not against it.

Not at all. Many people I work with are just beginning their movement journey, often after months (or years) of treatment and rest. Whether you’re starting from zero energy or already moving a little, I’ll meet you where you are—no judgment, just support.


A cancer exercise specialist understands how surgeries, chemo, radiation, immunotherapy (like Dabrafenib and Trametinib), and cancer-related fatigue affect your body and recovery. We adjust everything—from exercise intensity to breathing, lymphatic flow, and even mindset—so your workouts help, not harm.

Absolutely. It’s never too late to reconnect with your strength. Many long-term survivors still face fatigue, stiffness, or fear around movement. A cancer exercise specialist can help you rebuild trust in your body and feel more like yourself again.

I focus on functional, bodyweight-based movements, mobility, breathing, and gentle strength-building.

Depending on your needs, sessions may also include lymphatic support, posture work, or fatigue-friendly routines. It’s always customized and adaptable.
