bootcamp Melton Mowbray

Small group PT (max 4).

This group class is aimed people wanting to get fit fast, within a strong community.

Get up get fit!

Intermediate and beginners, you basically work at your own pace. Using a variety to keep it fun, bodyweight, cardio and cross fit strength training. I keep working with each individual to make sure all form is correct to eliminate injuries.

Boxercise instructor

Getting fit and lean whilst having great fun!

Boxercise brings in all the movements of boxing, with no contact. This is technical but also fun. Moves will be performed slowly at first so don't worry if you haven't boxed before.

Tuesday evenings: 6.30-7.30pm

Why I coach fitness?

My Story

I trained for several years, mainly in endurance cycling, sportives, and 10 mile time trials which I thoroughly enjoyed, It gave me great fitness specifically cardio.

I worked in IT and found my cycling activity helped me manage stress, it also gave me an outlet.

Against the formidable backdrop of stage 4 cancer in July 2015, (Brain tumor, mets of liver, lungs, and lymph nodes) my journey was a testament to my resilience and above all hope. Endless support from loved ones (my wife), cutting-edge medical treatments (immunotherapy), and an unwavering positive mindset became my allies.

Each day was a battle, but I found strength in the small victories — a smile, a shared laugh, and the warmth of support.

Celebrating life’s simple joys became my therapy. Surrounded by an incredible medical team and a circle of unwavering love, I emerged on the other side, not just a survivor, but a testament to the extraordinary power of perseverance and the human spirit. I was given 6 months but I am still around today to share my war stories.

Locations I train in

I train and coach in a gym local to you, J W Fitness in Syston, Limitless Melton Mowbray. As a mobile coach I also offer mobile personal training in Syston,Rearsby, Frisby, Loughborough, oakham, Thurmaston, Melton Mowbray, Scraptoft, and any surrounding area of Leicester.

If you feel intimitated by gyms I also offer outdoor personal training or mobile where I visit you at your home.
